Yes, cancellations are free of charge. Please let us know by phone or WhatsApp as soon as you know you cannot make the trip — that way we can dispatch the vehicle to other customers.

Our main area is Flensburg and northern Schleswig-Holstein. On request we also drive long-distance, to Denmark, and Europe-wide. Just ask us.

Yes, we are available around the clock — 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays.

Yes. We reliably drive you to all regional airports: Hamburg, Sønderborg, Billund, Bremen, Hanover, and Berlin. Pre-booking is recommended.

Our vehicles are equipped with booster seats. Additional child seats are available at our base — please mention this when booking.

A standard vehicle typically fits 2–3 large suitcases plus hand luggage. For larger loads, bicycles, or special items, we can dispatch a larger vehicle on request.

For prescribed transports (e.g. to dialysis, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy), statutory health insurance generally covers the costs after approval. You need a transport prescription from your doctor. We bill the insurance directly.

We accept cash (Euro and Danish kroner) as well as common debit and credit cards. For business customers we offer invoicing.

Within the mandatory service area, fares are calibrated by certified taximeter according to Flensburg’s taxi tariff regulation. For long-distance and special trips, we are happy to agree on a fixed price — ask us before the ride.

Our drivers speak German and English. On request we are happy to arrange drivers with Danish or additional language skills.
